As a member of the ensemble at the Frankfurt Opera,

Magdalena Hinterdobler made her highly acclaimed debut as Ellen Orford in Britten's Peter Grimes as a start of the 25/26 season. She then will give her debut as Senta in a new production of The Flying Dutchman at the Felsenreitschule in Salzburg and will have her debut with the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki as Tosca . Another highlight of the season is Magdalena Hinterdobler's Japan debut in a symphony concert with the YNSO in Tokio.

Magdalena Hinterdobler began the 25/26 season with her highly acclaimed debut as Ellen Orford in the Peter Grimes revival at Oper Frankfurt and will give her Senta debut (The Flying Dutchman) at the Felsenreitschule in Salzburg this fall. Additional performances this season include her debut with the Finnish National Opera as Tosca and a symphony concert with the YNSO in Tokio.

She has been a member of the Frankfurt Opera ensemble since the 2023/24 season, where she made her highly acclaimed debut as Eva (Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg) and was celebrated as Elisabetta (Don Carlo), Chrysothemis (Elektra) and as Natalie in Henze´s´ Der Prinz von Homburg.

Previously, the soprano was a member of the Leipzig Opera ensemble, where she performed alongside the Gewandhaus Orchestra in roles such as Rusalka, Mimì (La Bohème), Marie (The Bartered Bride) and in various Wagner roles, including Ortlinde, Dritte Norn and Gutrune (Der Ring des Nibelungen).
