HIGHLIGHTS
As a member of the ensemble at the Frankfurt Opera, Magdalena Hinterdobler made her highly acclaimed debut as Natalie in Henze's
Der Prinz von Homburg as a start of the 24/25 season. She then took over a series as Chrysothemis in the new production of Elektra at the Cologne Opera, where she will also be seen as Mimì in La Bohème. Another highlight of the season is Magdalena Hinterdobler's debut as Tosca at the Statni Opera in Prague.

Magdalena Hinterdobler has been a member of the Frankfurt Opera ensemble since the 2023/24 season, where she made her highly acclaimed debut as Eva (Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg) and was celebrated as Elisabetta (Don Carlo).
In the current season, she can still be seen there as Chrysothemis (Elektra).
Previously, the soprano was a member of the Leipzig Opera ensemble, where she performed alongside the Gewandhaus Orchestra in roles such as Rusalka, Mimì (La Bohème), Marie (The Bartered Bride), Micaëla (Carmen) and in various Wagner roles, including Ortlinde, Dritte Norn and Gutrune (Der Ring des Nibelungen).
Her interpretation of Anna in the world premiere of Gerd Kühr's “Paradiese” also received special attention, for which the Süddeutsche Zeitung celebrated her as an "erotic elemental force with a colorful, sensual soprano". Guest engagements have taken...
